I know this will not be popular and I get it for the reasons you stated, but at this moment in time, DeSantis is the most viable candidate we have. Sorry to offer a reality check, but Trump is un-electable, he will not get votes from all the people he drew in when he ran the first time.

It's not that it's "uncomfortable", it's just that you are absolutely wrong on all three counts.

Wake up. We need both Trump AND DeSantis in our corner. Even if Trump were able to win next year, we’ll need DeSantis for 2028. There is NO OTHER viable candidate on the horizon.

I am content to let my prediction play out.
None of this will keep me voting for Trump, I’m just saying that he will not get new folks like he did the first time around.
Even if he does, election fraud in the blue swing states will prevent him from being re-elected.
Believe me, I desperately want to be wrong. I will gladly accept chides, mocking and the I told you so and take it with a smile.
