Sarah isn’t in Congress and her husband left her. She didn’t have an affair and has said she was blindsided when Todd wanted a divorce.
My best guess about Palin is that she wanted to go national and her husband wanted to stay local. They just grew apart because they became too different people over the course of their marriage.
MTG is very much a hypergamist. She’s not really committed to marriage if a better opportunity comes along. Not a good prospect for marriage.
Boebart married young and didn’t have the knowledge of what makes for a good man. Her husband was a broken man who abused her, cheated on her, and had a conviction of exposing himself to minors. She still tried to stay married to him.
