We have the same problem here in Eastern WA as they have in Eastern Oregon. These senate twits are voted in by the most populous counties on the West side of the Cascades.

They vote liberal because there is something in the ocean air.

Seattle used to be called 'the Emerald City in the Northwest'. And at one time the most livable city in the country.

That has certainly changed. People from the East side don't go there unless it is unavoidable.
