First Amendment rule articulated in Cohen v. California (1971) requiring people exposed to unwanted speech to avert their eyes and ears.
That case was not about political speech (opposition to the draft) but obscene speech. The ruling determined that obscene words were protected.
Had the shirt said, "Resist the draft," it would never have gotten to court. Everyone would have agreed that it was protected speech.
Judge is wrong. This is a political issue, the First was directly related to that.

Our Dollar has lost the respect of the World and will soon be, changed to a chip that will enable the government to track everything you do, privately, with cash.
Our Military is no longer tough enough to fight and is ill equipped to win on the battlefield..
But, we should never lose hope. It could be all that is left.

I'd say the majority of Americans and Brits haven't abandoned their common sense either, as shown by the pushback from otherwise liberal people like JK Rowling. It's a just a shrill minority of ivory tower dwellers who genuinely believe this malarkey and a slightly larger number of people who go along to get along with said elites. Admittedly, the minority has disproportionate social power relative to their numbers, but I am confident that we can prevail if we keep speaking up. You don't have to look to Russia (or even to the red states) to find people willing to stand up to the gender bullies.
