WASHINGTON — House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said Tuesday that he read two additional FBI informant files related to an alleged $10 million bribery scheme involving President Biden and first son Hunter Biden — but that more than half of the content was redacted.

Comer (R-Ky.) said that it was “a total waste of my time” to review FD-1023 files provided by the FBI at a secure reading room at the Capitol because the March and December 2017 files were so heavily blacked out.

Hiding information, or lying about it, is a crime. But, it’s the FBI, so, they’re above the law.

Howeve, congress has authority over the FBI, so, congress should hold the FBI and DOJ in contempt of congress. But, again, we’re talking about a republican controlled congress, and they don’t have the hanging-down-things to go against the FBI or DOJ.

Comer and the republicans should just go ahead and pardon all the wrongdoings by the FBI and DOJ, and forget about oversight. Oversight with republicans means: an unintentional failure to notice or do something, except with republicans, it’s intentional failure to oversee, or the intentional surrender to the democrats on all judicial matters.
