Budanov said there is currently "a certain threat" to the plant. He noted that by destroying the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant dam, the Russians also restrained the regular water access to the plant's coolers.
"The worst thing is that Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant was additionally mined during this time. It was the cooler that was mined. If they disable it by blowing it up, there is a high probability that there will be significant problems," Budanov added.
The Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant has been under Russian occupation since March 4, 2022. It relies on water from the Kakhovka Reservoir to power its turbine condensers.

According to Globohomo NATO / Ukraine: Russia has already blown up their own pipeline, bridge, and dam.
And to celebrate their success against the counter offensive, they will blow up their own nuclear plant. /s
The Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant dam was destroyed by the Russians?
The Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant was mined by the Russians?
Interesting. Very interesting.
.
Yup, after the Ruskies did in Nord Stream they went onto blowing up dams. Just continued embellishment of Hillary’s Russia, Russia, Russia deliriums.
Yeah, trust Budanov
The Uke Intel chief that said 3 million Crimeans would have ti be eliminated because their Russian identity is a psychopathy
Guy has stone cold eyes
Assuming….thats really him and he’s not pining for the fjords after the May 29 missile strike on his HA
Nice try dude but….Pretty hard to fake a TV interview
Budanov shot off his mouth bigly to a pretty young thang interviewing him on a live broadcast
Russia took out his HQ within days of the broadcast
No, it is a fake video put together with cuts, just like the fake Graham video about “the best money we ever spent”.
When a Bandera ukronazi says the quiet part out loud, about the ethnic cleansing needed to purify the Ukrainian state, it becomes “ Russian propaganda”
And the bit about killing Russians “ anywhere in the world”….like the hit he orchestrated on Darya Dugina….well, he was just needing to be “ clarified”

Ukraine's Intel Chief Kirill Budanov abt Crimea residents
“After victory I go to Sevastopol. There’ll be a lot of work. We got 3 million people who lived under Russian propaganda. They're deformed people who will be physically annihilated for their actions”
3 million civilians
……..
My comment having watched the original which has been scrubbed except from TG….This is abbreviated, he spoke more about the mindset of Crimeans and the generally accepted fact they could not be rehabiitated or assimilated.
At best…expelled
9 days after this interview was televised, the Russians took out Budanov’s military intel HQ in Kiev killing staffers and prob some westerners
Did you read the comments at your link of 83 seconds of pieced-together video from the interview? The interviewer you just described as “a pretty young thang”?
Here is the actual 40-minute video interview in full.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yaOE1SDvJ6A
And a description of the fraud.

I stopped reading the second this idiot said Russia blew up the dam. I so tired of propaganda and just outright lies.
New flash. Ronald Reagan made peace with the Soviets. Russia has not been a threat to NATO for decades, unless you count expecting NATO to honor their treaties a threat, which I bet you do. Surprise me.
Reagan broke the Soviets/Russia, he drove them down and broke them.
I think Finland and Sweden know more about Russia being a threat to them than you, and they have made a bold historic decision to seek the protection of a defensive alliance.
You make bizarre claims for Russia even as they have launched the biggest European war since WWII and are destroying a people.
9 days after this interview was televised, the Russians took out Budanov’s military intel HQ in Kiev killing staffers and prob some westerners.
Crimeans prepared a mock grave for Budanov after seeing the video where he described plans to eliminate or deport the 3 million Russian population of Crimea when it was “ liberated”. Budanov’s sentiments toward the Russian population in the eastern territories and Ukraine are not unique. But usually the quiet part of reprisals the ukronazis would inflict on the Russian population are not stated aloud and publicized to the West or if they are, are blown off the the Ukes as “ Russian propaganda”
After the May 29 targeted Russian missile strike on his offices, Budanov disappeared from public view until this past week when he “appeared” in a video questioned by many for its authenticity as to proof of life.
Did you watch the real video, the actual interview?
You keep promoting a fake 83-second video pieced together.
Is this the sort of thing you are reading with the German paper Stern as the base source?
“The Director of the Military Intelligence Service of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, would be hospitalized in a comatose state in a hospital in Berlin. This is what the German newspaper “Stern” reports, quoting anonymous sources from the health facility. According to the German newspaper, Budanov suffered a serious head injury.
In recent days, the Russian news agency “RIA Novosti” reported that Budanov would have been seriously injured during a Russian missile attack against the headquarters of the military secret service. According to sources cited by “Stern”, it is not yet clear whether the doctors will be able to save the intelligence director’s life.”
Strangely, the complete interview in English translation seems to have become…very hard to find. The coverup ( “ he was misquoted”; “ it was taken out of context”; “ It’s a Russian propaganda”) all started within 4 days of the interview which made it into western press services. Ooops, the ukronazi stuff is supposed to stay under the radar, diplomacy demands.
Here are the comment excerpts, the ones about Crimea that shocked the West. Obviously Kiev needed to engage in damage control. I leave it to the viewers to decide if these comments, part of a longer interview, , were dubbed or manipulated.
And also to think about what Kiev actually plans to do to subjugate millions of Russian Crimeans if they ever have the opportunity ( Russia makes that unlikely to ever occur)
The Russians seem to have taken him at his word given their timely reaction to this interview.
Is he really fully functioning and back in Ukraine?
Time will tell. This was a guy who loved to run his mouth to foreign journalists on a weekly basis at minimum

What a bunch of made-up nonsense, and then again you post 78 seconds of a fake video made up of various cuts.
The entire interview is easy to find and is right there in post 10.
Examine post 10 and quit being such an internet sucker and dishonest poster.
“Information is circulating on the internet claiming that the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, stated in an interview for the documentary film “Year” his intention to exterminate three million residents of Crimea.
The authors of the publication quote the military official as saying,
“After the victory, I will go to Sevastopol, my hometown. There will be a lot of work. We have received three million people who lived under Russian propaganda. These are distorted individuals who deserve physical destruction for their actions“.
However, the video was edited. This phrase was assembled from several different answers of Budanov.
In an interview for the documentary film “Year” by journalist Dmytro Komarov, published on May 19, 2023, Kyrylo Budanov revealed his plans to travel to Sevastopol after victory. However, he added that the process of reintegrating Ukrainian territories would be lengthy.
“The victory will not be the end of it all. We are facing a rather challenging stage that will take years — actual reintegration of our territories. Because excuse me, we are now receiving an additional three million population who have lived under Russian propaganda for nine years. They have a completely different perception of the world. It won’t be as easy as it seems“, he stated.
The military official mentioned that these people need to be “reeducated” using both the stick and the carrot approach. According to the head of intelligence, a “firm hand” is required to govern the deoccupied territories, but not dictatorship.
Meanwhile, Kyrylo Budanov’s words about the physical destruction of enemies referred to Russian soldiers who committed war crimes in the temporarily occupied territories. When asked by journalist Dmytro Komarov about the further plans regarding the identification of Russian military personnel who committed atrocities, the head of intelligence responded, “Very simply: holding them accountable for their actions. In our understanding, just responsibility for certain individuals can only be their physical destruction“.
Such fakes are based on a narrative that suggests the Ukrainian leadership is hostile towards the residents of the temporarily occupied territories and that after their liberation, people will face repression.
Ok, omg, watched the video from the link you shared.
A stitched together 30 minutes ( between ads) of softball questions and Budanov ego stroking by Kiev approved journo Komarov.
And obviously…edited.
Made Budanov look like he had national political aspirations.
Quite a lot was “ missing”. So where were those questions? Obviously missing from your also-edited video. A real journo ( not a Leni Riefenstahl redux) would ask…What kinds of “ carrots and sticks” are planned for 3 million liberated Crimeans / presumably Ukrainian citizens with “ altered psyches”?
Obviously we go in different directions in our views of the nature of the Kiev regime, its way and means of building and defending Russophobe nationalism, its attitude toward human life and its own people, the national heroes it has elevated to current leadership and from past history….and only history will show which of us got it right.
