The major person shredding the Constitution is DJT. He’s already shown to have received special treatment. Let’s compare 2 federal defendants. Jessica Watkins, Jan 6th defendant was accused of Seditition. She/he was held in jail pending trial and sentencing. DJT has been accused of violations of the Espionage Act. While awaiting trial he is free and never faced jail detention time.
The disparity of detention time and conditions is the first clue Trump is receiving preferential treatment. He has had greater constitutional protections than Watkins.
