Ukraine said its forces were advancing on several axes in their counteroffensive but were struggling to counter Russian air and artillery superiority hobbling its assaults in the east and south.
Now into its second week, Ukraine’s ambitious attempt to take back Russian-occupied land is proving to be a hard slog against dense minefields and well-prepared defenses. After Ukraine’s first probing attacks yielded mixed results, its forces have mostly paused their advances in recent days as commanders take stock of the past two weeks and analyze ways to punch through Russian lines without taking huge losses.
Russia has taken advantage of its superior air power and Kyiv’s limited air defenses to strike Ukrainian armored columns and stop several attacks, destroying some of the sophisticated Western weaponry Ukraine is fielding.

Simple way to find that answer. Just watch any one of the dozens of videos showing Ukrainian drones blowing up Russian armored vehicles, or dropping grenades into Russian trenches with deadly pinpoint accuracy.
They drones are working just fine, destroying many dozens of Russians per day.

What you posted in not from the World Bank as you claimed, but a news report on a poll of some bankers asked what they thought would happen.
If that is your source then your claim about the World Bank is just a lie.
And your own source just gives a vague statement:
"Analysts have gradually been improving economic growth forecasts, now seeing Russia's gross domestic product (GDP) rising 0.7% this year, up from 0.1% in the early May poll, and increasing 1.4% next year, slightly lower than previously thought."
It doesn't say anything about the actual Russian economy, just the trend in guesses from analysts.
The GDP just increased 2 more points.

Russia was supposed to be the number two conventional army in the World.
And they still lose ground every single day against a tiny place like Ukraine which doesn’t even have an Air Force.
Nearly 1.5 years after Russias botched invasion of Ukraine they still have no full control of the 4 regions they somehow managed to steal and illegally annexed in Ukraine. Russia is trying to keep their stolen goods, but they lose ground, inches by inches every hour of the day.
The world now knows that the “top notch Russian army” Putin was bragging about in the beginning of the war, was just based on false Kremlin propaganda.
In reality the Russian army has proven completely incompetent. The world is watching and is witnessing this by the day.

Ukrainians have no plans to annex Russia, and they are not interested about Moscow.
