As a former Army officer, honorably discharged, who performed his active duty during the Vietnam era, but did not serve in Vietnam, I totally appreciate your posting. There is no way in hell that I would encourage any child of mine or of a good friend’s to enter the Army with absolutely worthless creeps like Milley leading it. All that’s going to happen is somebody is going to get buggered or will have his or her life wordlessly thrown away in a hopeless, worthless, self-destructive war that never should’ve happened. As bad the Vietnam War turned out to be, it was at least for an honorable objective and we were not led by poltroons, buffoons, and disloyal incompetents like Milley.
