Spending money is not creating.
Material goods and personnel were required to create it.
Research was required and conducted. Testing was conducted.
Those things require purchases or expenditure of money.
Or were they created from thin air?
Except for God's creation, everything, at its core, is created by, or through, money in some form or fashion.
