ow are vacant Senate seats filled in PA? Does the Governor appoint a replacement or is there a special election? IIRC PA’s Governor is a filthy Rat Party hack so we know who *he’d* appoint.
I do believe he has to last until August. If not a special election gets called. After that the successor gets 2 years free.
