Isn’t it in a museum?
AND
The Graf Spee was a “destroyer”?

It should be put in a museum. It's not kosher to destroy historic artifacts. Destroying it amounts to empty virtue signaling.

The Graf was a “panzerschiff” what the Allies called a “pocket battleship.” It is a sunken wreck, scuttled by her captain after being cornered by the Royal Navy in the Rio de la Plata. She lies in Uruguayan waters and her disposal is a matter for the Uruguayan government.

"The Graf Spee was a “destroyer”?"More of a battleship configuration but could definitely destroy.
Bottom image is graf spee scuttled.

My thoughts exactly.. Admiral Graf Spee, A “pocket battleship”, not a destroyer.
I have read that some of the steel salvaged from the Graf Spee was used to make Argentine versions of the Browning Hi-Power (GP-25) pistol for military use.
Just knock out the Swastika and leave the rest of the bronze eagle alone.
