Depending on Texas real estate law, he could be in violation of the law concerning steering/panic selling. You can’t ethically steer anyone of a protected status away from any real estate or “section of town.”
Example: “You don’t want to live here because THOSE people are here/moving here.”
This was used a lot by unscrupulous real estate agents/investors trying to clear out a section of people (usually to get whites to move out or keep blacks in “their” part of town) to clean up the real estate at a discounted price.
Hell, no need to sneak out. If they don’t feel wanted, they are free to leave. No one is going to try to force them to stay.

that’s what I thought too. They are comparing issues with “LGBT” peoples, with slavery? They are saying that “LGBT” type peoples, need to “escape”, need to “flee”, need to “secretly move away”?????
They are as free to relocate as you or I, if they want to go live anywhere else in America. This whole story of a specialty realtor helping “LGBT” types secretly flee, makes very little sense.
If somebody such as “LGBT” want to move, go ahead and move to California or some other liberal state. Nobody is stopping you.

My view of the trans problem may not sync with the majority of Freepers, but quite frankly, if .38% of the population wants to pretend to be a male, female, dolphin, turnip or whatever, I don’t really care as long as (1) they are legal adults; (2) they don’t try to normalize their lifestyle (such as criminalizing the use of a singular pro-noun to refer to a singular person); and (3) most importantly, they don’t try to groom and indoctrinate children and give them a protected right to dangerous and often irreversible gender altering treatments.
Think of it this way: The government has decided that people under the of 21 are not mature enough to make decisions regarding tobacco and alcohol use and that teenage criminals should not be prosecuted for criminal acts because the human brain is not developed until the age of 25. Yet, young teems and younger should be able to mutilate their wee wees and pee pees because when little Johnny wore his grandma’s sweater or little Jane liked to play with Tonka trucks.

Actually, your view I believe is with the MAJORITY of Freepers.
1) Legal adults can do what they wish! Once you are an adult, you can be as crazy and stupid as you can legally afford - not my clowns, not my circus.
2) Don’t make me participate in your delusions! If you want to play make-believe, go ahead; but I do not have to play along.
3) Leave the kids alone! Indoctrination and forced acceptance is simply NOT the job of our public school system (of course, they have been doing that for quite a while, but that still is NOT their actual job).
I bet a clear majority of Freepers have this mentality.
