I had thought that is was a simpler case, just another annoyance, but apparently there's some lying on record and some misuse of classified info.

Check your sources. The were no classified docs, they are declassified the moment Trump removed them from the white house and took them with him. As for lying, it’s completely up to interpretation and context.

They are suggesting that because Trump said this, and had a piece of paper, that piece of paper WAS the classified document he was speaking about.
However, they have ZERO, NONE, ZILCH, NADA proof that the piece of paper he was holding is even one of the 102 pieces of paper with “classified markings” they SAY they found at Mar-A-Lago!
