I’ve got news, Putin isn’t leaving his ethnic Russian provinces, and there is nothing the collective West can do about it. You are better off wishing for magical Unicorns to intervene.
The Ukies losses and lukewarm Ukie “ offensive “ in the last week has “ energized “ Russian soldiers and populace….the huge losses in western equipment ( Leopards, Bradley’s, Humvees, MRAPs, etc) served to reinforce their population’s belief that NATO and the US will be defeated….the Russian populace views this mess as a war against the West.
Time will tell.
