I still remember this fat man’s convention keynote speech the year Romney was the Republican candidate. His speech was mostly him TALKING ABOUT HIMSELF instead of the nominee. Narcissist Supreme!
Slightly off topic, but that reminds me of Trump’s victory speech on election night 2016. It’s always stuck in my mind how, when Pence came out to introduce Trump, he was acting as if it was he who had just been elected President. Pence and his wife had this satisfied look on their faces and he launched into “I want to think ——” and “I couldn’t have done it without -—”, as if it was all about him.
I was thinking to myself, does this guy realize what an afterthought he is? Well, I guess not because now he’s running for president, apparently under the impression that those 60 million voters were voting for him, not for Trump.
