Here is what I want to understand… just lay it to me straight. Is it TRUE that :

Any document the President of the United States takes out of his office when he leaves the White House is AUTOMATICALLY considered DECLASSIFIED?

That’s all I want to know.

The answer is Yes and if it is not then anyone should be able to easily point to anything in the Constitution or Amendments thereof that says otherwise. Any "law" that anyone cites would have to pass a Constitutional test.
