I have little question that he would win the vote.
Win the count? Not so much.

Trump can wave his hand and the pernicious Dominion algorithm ill evanesce? The truckloads of xerox ballots will all run out of gas on the highway before they reach the polling places that show Democrat deficits?

The Deep State would kill Trump before they would ever let him step foot in the White House again as POTUS.

If Trump is in prison when the election is held as the Democrats intend him to be, he will still win for the same reasons. If Trump is in prison before the election is held he will die of an "unexpected" heart attack. That would be the whole point of detaining him.

I can’t agree. It the rats actually pull this off and Trump is in jail he cannot be elected because he won’t be on many of the state ballots. It would be unconstitutional for a state to keep him off the ballot.
Do you know that?
If so, why do you surrender our constitutional rights so easily?
To: Leaning Right
But the Democrat cheat machine, the media, and the GOPe are all aligned against him. Big media and the GOPe have little credibility with the voting public. So I don't think that's a big factor.
About the cheating, it's a big problem for any candidate that isn't picked by the corrupt administrative state.
To: Leaning Right
At one time I considered candidates other than Trump. For example, I think DeSantis has a better shot than Trump. But he’s less MAGA. Maybe that’s a decent trade-off.Either DeSantis is Deep State compliant or he isn't. In the former case, they will do to him what they did to Trump. In the latter case, he will be another GOPe type who does what he is told by the Deep State.
There are no constructive lesser degrees of MAGA that the Deep State will let win.

He has the same chance of winning as he did in 2020.

Presuming you’re thinking libel, post NY Times v Sullivan in 1964 it’s hard for a politician to overcome the libeler’s 1st Amendment rights. I’ve had the same thought though many of Trump’s statements could be problematical in that climate. John Adam’s would put his political opponents in jail with the Alien and Sedition Acts. Still on the books.

I wonder though... Would president Vivek pardon him?
Or dare I say, Biden, to show what a great guy he is. (Nah just joking on that one. Biden wants Trump, and all of us, dead.

Just before the Republican-controlled Senate voted not to impeach private citizen Trump in February 2021, Chuck Schumer publicly vowed that if the Senate did convict him, as Senate Majority Leader he would hold a vote to block Trump from ever holding public office again.

It may be a SC issue. I bet numerous states would forbid a “convicted” felon in prison from being on their Presidential ballot
