He probably should have said that Trump is in great shape, nothing to worry about, there is no case, it’s all unicorns and butterflies in Trumps future.
His best strategy is political not legal.
There are also Freepers, some on this very thread, who are all in on the Banana Republic tactics being taken against Trump.
They think it is perfectly fine, because they view Trump as sub-human.
They aren’t bright enough to see that the sub-human categorization can be applied to Christians, Business Owners, ex-military...Freepers.
An interesting take from Attorney Robert Barnes is that the end game on this is that this whole case is being pushed to give cover to allow Biden to pardon himself and his entire family as well as Trump near the next election to show what a uniter he is (but the real reason is to give cover to pardon himself).

Yep, Turley’s been just fine as long as he’s opined in favor of Trump, but suddenly “he talks like a little girl”, “he’s paid by Fox so he says what he’s told”, blah blah blah.
