Depending on the source, the Ukes already have lost 10-30% of the western weapons delivered for their offensive.
Assuming they have breached the first reinforced line of Russ defense ( reports vary on this, abandoned farm houses and chicken coops flying the Uke flag do not represent tactical success) ….they are bleeding too much to take on the next line in Russia’s echeloned defense.
