But, seriously, I believe that 95 collapse is just a few minutes away from the Kensington & Allegheny nightmarish street drug area (see this video).

The new detour traffic patterns will probably also have a huge impact on folks who use the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge to get in and out of Philly & Jersey, whether their intentions are good or bad.

Those aren’t 12” I-beams, and they don’t come off the shelf. I’m certain shoulder-to-shoulder 12” I-beams, roughly 48 of them for six lanes, would not be up to spec to support the road section.

Oakland/San Francisco was able to get it repaired in a month. That was the last time they ever got something like that done.

The article I read said it flipped, leaked and started burning — probably from hot exhaust or sparks — so I’ll just go with that.

If there are more incidents like that, it’ll be suspicious, like all the 100+ food production facilities’ “accidents” over the past 2yrs.

A driver’s video linked in the story showed the broken overpass starting to sag as the driver went over that part. This was very impressive.

This is strange for sure. What percentage of I95 has an overpass above it? What day and time would you pick to destroy the bridge with the least amount of traffic? Way too many things just perfect to not suspect it was done on purpose.

I would think that with a tanker on fire right under the overpass, that traffic over it had already been shut off for a while.

I vlew the Bay Area popstand in 1989. Worked for Uncle Bill in Redmond, WA for a while. Now in rural north Idaho where all I can here is the birds, the wind in the trees and occasional gunfire as the neighbors practice. Finally have my own 50 yard move and shoot range going in this summer.

On Google Maps, the street will allow you to look underneath the bridge. Lots of metal underneath that bridge.

So this was an off ramp from I-95... Was the driver under the influence?? Did the driver exit the ramp to fast?
Did the tanker’s brakes fail? What does the device in the tanker that tracks all movements say?
