“THIS IS grounds for dismissal.”
Ideally — in a fair world, and free republic. But who would dismiss? Nobody.

"NEW: Special Counsel Smith's indictment alleges Trump showed off a military paper that he boasted was classified "highly confidential" and "secret," but the transcript reveals Trump actually said: "like, highly confidential" and "a secret." Smith omitted the words "like" and "a."
And here we go again. The biggest bombshell portion of the Jack Smith indictment - the Bedminster tape - has already been debunked
Smith tampered with the evidence
Where did you get information that Smith omitted anything in what was presented to the Miami grand jury? I haven’t seen anything like that reported. The only thing I saw was a post from Paul Sperry claiming that Smith altered evidence by omitting a word from a quote in one part of the indictment, the the whole quote was included later in the document.
I think what matters most is if the jury is made up of retards or smart people. If smart they just ask for all the stuff like supporting documents, evidence stuff like that. If they don’t get what they want then vote to acquit. simple.
Interesting.
