This is why I actively encourage my children to get into and remain in the trades! Unless you’re an engineer, probably isn’t worth it.
I got my degrees in accounting and finance and actually made a career out of them. A social science degree is clearly an oxymoron that in terms of contributing to society only qualifies you to be a barista.
