I understand that is the law, but I disagree. When someone is pounding on your walls and trying to kick your door in while screaming threats, I say it’s completely moral to shoot. I’m sure the dead woman was threatening her repeatedly over the previous two years. If I’m on her jury she gets a second trail because I’ll vote acquittal and not relent.
What did she do other than walk up to the door and perhaps knock on it that could conceivably be characterized as trying to enter or trying to enter by force?

Other threads pointed out that the perpetrator was attempting to kick down the door while threatening to kill the victim who then shot the perpetrator.
Threatening to kill someone is absolutely grounds for self-defense, and no, you don't have to wait until they break in and have a clear line on you.

You're welcome to try the same at your neighbors house. Try the off-duty prison guard. He might be more forgiving than a woman protecting herself and her child.

What’s a bit suspicious is that ambulance-chaser Crump is telling us a different story about what was left in the lot the children were playing in. They’re riding bikes and playing in a vacant lot with an iPad?

I am familar with the story of the little white child shot by the young adult black man.
But today is the first time I recall hearing anything about that other story, of the eight black thugs kidnapping and torturing the white couple in their Las Vegas mansion.

No, but if I’m a juror I’m duty bound to apply the law as it is not as I wish it was. Not doing that is a recipe for chaos and societal collapse.
You don't get out much do you. Chaos and societal collapse seems to be the status quo these days. If a defendant is unjustly charged or is charged with breaking a law that is unjust, it is the duty of the jury to acquit.
