There should not be any “clean slate” bill. They have decriminalized crime and criminalized normal actions.

This "clean slate" bill can be confusing, so I'll see if I can clear it up.
If you know without a doubt that someone who commits murder shouldn't be treated like a murderer, but someone who may possibly be a descendant of slave owners should be treated like a slave owner ... you might be a Democrat.
