If it refers to immigration policy, Trump got a F-minus for his first two years as President.
The only reason his immigration policy improved during his last two years was because of Covid and relentless pressure from GOP immigration hawks like me.
Go back to your word puzzles…. It was the proud principal conservatives that called President Trump a populist…. His policies were cutting into their prosperity.
