I think cocoa bean hulls are used as ground cover (mulch) in some of the more arid parts of the country. Would never work in FL, but must smell amazing. For awhile anyway.

I live in Florida and don’t see why it wouldn’t work here. I’ve been trying to get it for 10+ years now with no success. Same goes for rice hulls for mulch.
