Former President Donald Trump lashing out at his ex-press secretary Kayleigh McEnany came as no surprise to her predecessor Stephanie Grisham.
Grisham, who served as White House press secretary in 2019, told CNN’s Jim Acosta that Trump’s Truth Social rant dubbing her successor “Kayleigh ‘Milktoast’ [sic] McEnany” was par for the course.
“This is what he does,” Grisham said Saturday. “He uses you until there is no use for you anymore, or until you dare to say something that could possibly be construed against him.”

How did he use you Kayleigh? Did he twist your arm to take the job, or accept the paycheck you took each payday? I don’t remember a gun being held to you head when you stood at the podium every day to take questions from the media. You seemed to be enjoying yourself at the time, and each trip you got to take alongside POTUS. She sounds like a whore who complains about the job, after she’s already taken the money, and performed the act.

>>>The money quote:
“He. WILL. Turn. On You. There is only loyalty to HIM – not the country, the constitution, his constituents, or anything/anyone else.”>>>>
Egomaniacs like Trump are all the same. They will betray others, they will family, betray friends, , and eventually, they will even betray themselves.
It could have been so different. He could have been another Reagan with at least a little modesty and humility. Just a little. At least some. But he has none. And only the cult are blind to this. Cults are always blind to the very things that they themselves share with their idol. Narcissism and egomania.
I guess I dream that tomorrow, Trump will apologize and try to start a new approach by actually focusing on the deranged left. I guess I can still hope.

POST OF THE DAY!!!!
Hilarious. Pun intended.

Mia Culpa. My apologies for lashing out directly at Kayleigh. I should have read a little farther and realized that it was the drunken slut Grisham trying to get another 15 minutes of fame under her belt.

Kayleigh has been going Megyn Kelly lite on Trump for some time now. She is in the running for Tucker Carlson's time slot. She is trying to subtly thread the needle between making the Murdochs happy in their goals to ruining Trump while at the same time being so obvious about the assassination that she alienates the MAGA demographic she needs to pull in the viewer support for the ratings she needs to succeed. She wants to become the new prime time Megan Kelly without running the risk of destroying her prime time career by agreeing with Fox to bash Trump like Megyn did. Trump is not having any of this and is putting Kayleigh on notice that if she goes Megyn Kelly on him to curry favor with the Murdochs she is going to pay the same price Megyn Kelly paid.

President Trump’s only loyalty is to the Constitution of the United Nation under Truth. Is this some of the secret new Magadonian government Trump has been talking about? Does this new Constitution of the United Nation under Truth proclaim you must never disagree with Trump, and viciously attack anyone who does? And where does Q fit in? So many questions.

I’ve heard several conservative radio hosts raise the same concern. The Dems are enjoying, inciting, and encouraging the GOP infighting, and they hate the whole list of GOP contenders. The tribalism among GOP voters is self-defeating, especially with many who are threatening to sit out the general election if their candidate doesn’t win the primary. I’m so d##@ sick of it that I need to take a break. Good observations, my FRiend.
Me, I'm careful to NOT insult my fellow FReepers who might endorse a different candidate for the nom than I. We are all on the same team, we need each other once the nom is selected.
Some unity and cordiality among us would be good thing, general election-wise.

Exactly. I noticed immediately months ago that she started to become very negative about Trump.

Trump (and many of us) feel that anyone who STAYS with FNC at this point has zero principles other than $$$$.
You know Trump just held a town hall on FNC a couple of days ago, right?

“there is no middle ground with Trump,”
What’s wrong with that? In my opinion, apologists and fence sitters are worse than the enemy. They cause things to not get settled until they are very bad.
I believe there are absolute truths. Either one is loyal to the cause or not. No middle ground allowed.

Thanks!
I don’t know what the latest kerfuffle with McInaney is all about but I’ll assume, until proven otherwise, she’s been offered money for a book deal which is contingent on her trashing DJT.
