Former President Donald Trump lashing out at his ex-press secretary Kayleigh McEnany came as no surprise to her predecessor Stephanie Grisham.
Grisham, who served as White House press secretary in 2019, told CNN’s Jim Acosta that Trump’s Truth Social rant dubbing her successor “Kayleigh ‘Milktoast’ [sic] McEnany” was par for the course.
“This is what he does,” Grisham said Saturday. “He uses you until there is no use for you anymore, or until you dare to say something that could possibly be construed against him.”

I suppose Grisham didn’t use Trump for anything at all.
I'm sure you have firsthand inside knowledge that Kayleigh has been told be her bosses to bash Trump. Or are you just parroting stuff you hear from Q and other nonsense "news" sites?
She’s neither democrat nor rino.
The twisted wretch is something worse
The New York Post has gone unprofessionally anti-Trump by American press standards. In respectable journals, a favorite is not announced until a couple of days before the election.
The Post is either unaware of those standards or has turned our great newspaper into a campaign piece. Everything else they print just looks like articles to make you buy the next issue so they can continue their anti-Trump political campaign in the guise of a newspaper.
If I worked for Trump, I would expect him to go on to other people who could help him when the time was right. “Loyalty” is a ridiculous issue when the presidency of our nation is at stake and maybe the nation itself.
The Post simply reported what Trump posted on his own social media site. Then they reported on someone with the same job and her opinion on Trump. It’s newsworthy. Trump brought this particular situation on himself. It was not done to him.
Loyalty is a two way street
Everybody has to get a grip here. And by everybody, I mean Trump first of all. The goal has to be get MAGA back in the White House. The goal is not to even every last personal score. That’s counterproductive to the goal.
And I also mean former Trump officials (Pence, McEnany, Grisham, etc). Those folks have to recognize the value of MAGA. Otherwise, they never would have taken those positions in the first place. So how’s about those folks just shutting up?
Now, will anyone involved take my advice? Of course not. That’s why I’d bet big money on a D sweep in 2024. 🙁
Stephanie Grisham ... another sleazebag loser Trump appointed
Trump has to promise to be his own Vice President, staff and cabinet in his next term. He needs to be all these things himself! All Trump, all the time. No more sleazebag losers!!!
“Loyalty in Washington? Get a dog.”
I see you are not a daily reader of the NY Post. Never before have they gone on such an untraditional offensive rampage. They bombard Trump constantly every day now.
I agree that the whole incident is newsworthy, but only because we see what Fox does to its employees. People pointing out how loyal she always was are actually making the point that gee for some funny reason she no longer is loyal.
He. WILL. Turn. On You. There is only loyalty to HIM – not the country, the constitution, his constituents, or anything/anyone else.”
She sees it as a point of loyalty to him personally. And the media takes great delight in promoting that.
My observation is Trump is mission/goal oriented. If you listen to Trump and not the media, which he has to fight EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.
Trump achieved some amazing things while he was president. Everyone one of the critics here has laid down to the media, he is still in the fight. Not every hit is a home run and sometimes you get tricked into taking a swing with a miss.
Trump is rough and tumble, that is the good news.
The sheep want Trump to paint himself white and say baa.
It is because of him that anyone knows the names Kayleigh McEnany or Stephanie Grisham. But instead of being greatful they are clawing for all they can.
You said “Loyalty is a two-way street,” but I said “’Loyalty’ is a ridiculous issue when the presidency of our nation is at stake and maybe the nation itself.”
We’re not trying to get our Boy Scout badge here.
None of this surprises me. Don’t mean he don’t care about this country. His policy works plain and simple.
I don't care. Accusations, slander, insults and pure, unadulterated BS have been slung at Trump since it began looking like he had a real shot at the presidency in 2015. It has only gotten worse since.
Trump's record as president speaks for itself. He was the most conservative president since Reagan and he did something no other president successfully did: He ripped the masks off the lying, leftist media, scumbag Democrats, RINOs and Globalists and never stopped fighting them tooth and nail in spite of the withering, unending attacks they unjustly threw at him. He told the EU bean counters, the Climate "Catastrophe" lunatics and the WEF totalitarians to screw themselves. And his economic policies and positive outlook kicked off one of the greatest economic booms in American history.
Did he make mistakes and some bad choices? Yep. All mortal men,and women, do.
He'll get my vote again. Unfortunately it'll be only symbolic unless the monstrous leftist/Scumocrat/ RINO/Globalist vote fraud leviathan is dismantled in time for the election.
I will vote for no one else.
When I see that nerdy self satisfied piece of filth Colbert I want to make his book cover come true.
Why did you have to foul the page here by putting up a pic of that unfunny, greasy, loathsome, leftist rump-swabbing little prick Colbutt? Ruined my lunch. . .
I think this is correct, there is no middle ground with Trump, pretty much everyone in the voting public has their opinion of Trump and is not likely to change it, given his history of unforced errors, he keeps reinforcing the negative views people have toward him.
Meaning it is going to be nearly if not impossible to attract the extra 2-4% of the voting public a Republican needs in order to win.
Cry me a river, Kayleigh. You turned against Trump when you joined Fox.
