I presume that judges operate under some sort of immunity that protects them from being sued for allowing criminals to access more victims. I wonder how the guy feels about Torres-Santos shooting him, being released, shooting him again, being released, then massacring these kids.
Does the judge work for the cartels? Or maybe he hates Hispanic immigrants and wants to facilitate their murder? Actual Pennsylvania Men need to throw him off the bench.
Who is the judge? What is his/her record on dealing with suspects accused of violent crimes?
Elected or appointed? Can they be fired for “cause”?
