No. It’s urban cores in any states anywhere: Texas, Massachusetts, Alabama, etc. Texas isn’t lost! Austin, Dallas, etc. are. I states like California & New York where urban populations outnumber rural & suburbs- its a problem. In places like Texas & Tennessee, rural & suburban outnumber urban, it’s only a problem in those municipalities. It’s only when urbans are equal to suburbans & rurals, like Wisconsin & swing states where things come to a knock down, drag out fight for who controls a state. Texas is nowhere close to being lost. People need to stop!
