Carbon capture pipelines will accomplish exactly what? I’m assuming they are talking about carbon dioxide which is not a pollutant except in extremely high quantities.
It seems that any judge not scared of losing his job should have rightly sued Summit for trespassing on the man’s property. I think the owner would have been within his rights had he ran them off at the point of a shotgun. There is absolutely no excuse for the misuse of private property in this matter.
It's essentially toxic to humans.
