This happens a lot in India. Their infrastructure is ancient and they are overloaded with people. Shame the Brits ever left.
Remember when those kids were riding the trains into the country during Obama’s admin? It’s like that in India, but also with regular passenger cars already at double capacity.
Isn’t that the country where the trains are packed to over flowing and people ride on top and hanging onto the sides?
