I'm not sure why DeSantis is holding back. Once DeSantis takes the gloves off Trump, Trump will fight like a mad man and start doing real damage.

My own first impressions of DeSantis are quite favorable.
His Florida Job #1 was to rip out fraudulent voting by the roots.
If someone had told me DeSantis could win reelection by 60-40 in 2022, I would have laughed out loud.
DeSantis is the only prominent Republican in the USA who clearly understood this issue - and, then he crushed it!
