Trump did not get the job done. All they did was bluster and sign a few executive orders, everything he did was reversed as soon as he left. He did not work with Congress to get anything permanently accomplish. We don’t need someone who thinks he can fix things in six months, that will be over the next day. We need someone with legislative experience, who will get things done for the long term.
All one has to do is LOOK at Trump’s kids, he has raised absolutely superior kids in ALL aspects!! DeSantis kids are to young to know how they will grow into adults!! I don’t believe 90% of the BS thrown at Trump AND I NEVER e petted to elect a saint!! When deciding on Trump in 2016 I looked at his kids and what upstanding adults they became they made my decision!! Trump was an extremely busy man YET his kids and the blue collar workers on his construction sites were VERY IMPORTANT to him!! Trump was a HUGE real estate developer YET he ALWAYS found the time to spend time on the site with the workers, this is how he learned what the hell was important to the average hard working American!! His kids are VERY hard working adults with beautiful families!!
I agree 100%. Who cares what President Trump did prior to his presidency? And why should we? He did his best for our Country while fighting an uphill battle.
Governor DeSantis appears to be a great governor for the state of Florida. But, what does he really stand for? He talks a good talk and has a beautiful family. But is for/against Ukraine? Did he make that commercial supporting Trump (the one with his kids) just to get elected? What about his voting record when he was in the house? Even saying whether he would run/or not had deceptive undertones.
And how would candidate DeSantis carry over in the general? Do you think independents would flock to a candidate that appears so divisive?
Governor DeSantis appears to be the media darling, but, as we have all seen before, they like to build you up before they tear you down.
