Gavin Newsom rages over Pride controversy at SoCal school

California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Wednesday addressed the burning of an LGTBQ+ rainbow flag outside of an elementary school in Los Angeles.

The flag, which was placed in a plant pot outside Saticoy Elementary School, was burned and destroyed sometime late last month, according to multiple reports. The Los Angeles Daily News reported that the destruction of the flag is being investigated as a hate crime by Los Angeles police. The outlet also reported that the school is currently in the crosshairs of a group of conservative parents who are objecting to a Pride day assembly being held Friday.

A Pride Day Assembly? How about teaching the kids math or how to read. You totally "it's all about me" gay folks are boring to kids.
