I’m old enough to have been active in gay rights when you could be arrested in some American jurisdictions for a kiss.
Back then, a rainbow flag outside a bar or other establishment meant you could walk in without being kicked out — or worse. Flying it was a risk — and an act of humanity.
Then gay rights emerged, and Pride marches — i.e., earnest demonstrations for equality — morphed into Pride parades — i.e., silly displays. Pride Month was born, complete with corporate sponsors.

Correct - here we have what happens when a movement is taken over by people who have more interest in upsetting the existing norm than benefiting its ostensible membership. There is open resentment at trans bullying - lesbians finding themselves declared bigots for not wanting to date biological men, for example. Suddenly both gays and lesbians are trapped by blithe assumptions that human beings have only two sexes. Who saw that one coming?
The term I've seen is "snipping"; that is, the LGB part snipping the TQ++PMSNBC part off as simply impossible to live with. The rest of us came to that conclusion some time ago. We're one day into (heaven help us) Pride Month and all of a sudden it's a battlefield.

The worst thing about gay and trans is that they are in your face all year long. Not just for their Pride in buggery month. June supposedly. Yes, there are some gays like the author, who want gay to be toned down and more civilized.

One of the many good points. I don't care what two consenting adults do in the bedroom. However, it turned into respect our right to do what we want in the bedroom to bow and worship us! We demand a entire month fill of corporate sponsors to make us fell good, if you don't you want us to die!
If you have every gov agency and major corporation posting some rainbow flag, you are no longer oppressed.

Objectives:
To unify the body of Christ in promoting righteousness on the earth.
To Glorify God by taking the Rainbow back; restoring the rainbow’s meaning to its original God-given purpose. (Genesis 9:16, Ezekiel 1:28, Revelation 4:3)
To remove the stigma associated with the rainbow being exclusively an LGBTQ symbol
To share truth to protect our children and the next generation
To help those that are in the LGBTQ community receive hope. There is healing, restoration, and forgiveness in Jesus.
There is a way out!
To give God’s people the courage to stand up, speak out, and do what is right.
To push back the powers of darkness until Jesus returns.
