Georgia passed a law that the yellow times had to be increased by 1 second on intersections that had red light cameras installed. Not sure if it’s observed, but there aren’t nearly as many of the infernal devices here as some other states. I was in Baltimore a couple of years ago and saw several in just passing through the city.

They took out the red-light cameras around Tucson several years ago, so now drivers run lights again with the old-time carefree abandon I remember from when I first moved here in 1985. I still definitely don’t favor any red-light or speeding cameras anywhere.

Where I live west of Tucson, people still flash their lights to warn of speed traps.
