DeSantis is under fire from the left, media and all the same characters who fire at Trump.
DeSantis also had donors refuse to support him over his stance on Disney groomers and abortion.
DeSantis has shown principles.
Is the Never-Trump crowd backing him? Yes, they are never-Trump and will back anyone but Trump. It doesn’t mean DeSantis is beholden to them.

Now, if you want to say that Rove is lying and denying he is actually the deep dark behind DeSantis, then I cannot help you. That type of conspiracy thinking is not rational.
Rove is a RINO, but not evil.
DeSantis is a bona fide conservative. I like that. We need someone to return us to constitutional order. DeSantis has come out to abolish the IRS, fire Wray on Day 1 and speaks out against what the Soros DAs are doing to Trump.
My concerns about Trump is that in order to buy popularity, he is going to negotiate away abortion, assault weapons, etc.
I do not agree that DeSantis is this perfect hunk and Trump is a rude has been.
That said.. DeSantis has decided he’s better than Trump and can do the job better .. i totally disagree..
However, the thing I cannot get past is he put himself in against Trump..
