Given that the polling says the opposite so far, are you just expressing an opinion or is it based on something other than polling?
1) Trump's popularity is lower than in 2020...depending on the poll, he is 58% unfavorable, 39% favorable
2) Election laws favor ballot harvesting and fraud
.
So, unless Trump or DeSantis come up with a real plan to combat #2, they will lose.
The polling showed the GOP and the Trump candidates wee going to dominate last November.
The pre GOP primary polls ALWAYS show the candidate the media wants to win ahead. Dole in’96, McCain in 2000, McCain in ‘08, Romney in 2012. Sometimes they get it right, but they ALWAYS get the candidate they think the democrats can beat. Yes Trump in 2016 was the candidate that polls showed Hillary could beat. It backfired then, but that was rare.
So hold on dearly to your polls as we lose another to Biden in 2024.
