Well, why wouldn’t one say the 14th Amendment? You might disagree with it, but it’s sort of settled law after being ratified in 1868.
Needs to go further.
Needs to say that anybody who crossed the border illegally, will be sent back across the border, no matter when or where. Thus, all of those that Biden let in during his four years, will be sent back when caught. That would mean close to 10 million deportations, but, it’s gotta be done, or more will attempt the crossing illegally.
Whether it’s in the Constitution has not been settled. Trump had four years to do this. He should have done it the first week.

Has to go through the legislative process but it definitely needs to happen.
Assuming that I'm correct to believe this to be true it would take a Constitutional Amendment to change it.
Our side needs to stop saying things that will rile up the other side into thinking they are in an existential battle to the death, more than motivating our side. It will mean that they will be even more desperate to cheat.
And plus it is unlikely to happen.

An executive order cannot overturn this. President Trump and/or his advisors should know this.

Subject to the jurisdiction means, born of draftable parentage, for lack of a more concise and practical term, or a foundling, no parents appearing.
