At the end of the voting, DJT *owned* mcCarthy. Still does.
Therefore, I lean towards this being choreographed to not pass. After all, a failed vote is as good as no deal, with the added "benefit" it is controlled demolition of the GOP DNC and the dollar. All need to fail to usher in a PM-backed currency and restore elections.
DJT is taking a page from Rahm Emmanuel's don't let a crisis go to waste, and create one as needed if you don't have one.

McCarthy has to go. His job is simple. He was elected to do the bidding of the people who voted for him. He needs to do what that majority wants. When he doesn’t it simply means elections have no meaning. We have to stop electing pussies that lack the confidence to do what people elected them to do. Are there any real men left in America?

Putting aside this week’s fiasco, McCarthy’s Speakership and this congress in general: I am reflecting on the impossibly absurd state of the Republican Party.
The Republicans were once trying to be noted for not increasing the debt and properly spending no more than was raised by taxes. This was lost a few decades back in a manner that is impossible to fathom.
With the perfect tool in hand, the debt ceiling, the Republicans somehow failed repeatedly to use it — in fact, they let it paralyze them. How in the world could this situation have developed except for a portion of the Republican Party that were secretly spend crazy themselves? It couldn’t. They are all liars.

McCarthy has 214 Democrat votes to play with, and in the end only 5-8 Republicans to vote “no”.
There is no Republican alternative to McCarthy, if he is removed the next Speaker will be Hakeem Jeffries.

The “GOP scum” have proven very useful to the project of the complete transformation of the United States of America, and it is unbelievable that people here keep advocating for sending them back for more.

McCarthy needs to realize you can’t negotiate with irrational, unstable people. The Democrats are the “poison pill” for America. Their goal is to bankrupt this country in order to create chaos which will lead to a new world order (Socialism), with them (The Democrats) at the top. They will use this money we don’t have to buy votes along the way. He needs to understand their mentality.
As more news surfaces of what we see as complete capitulation they will peel off. Alternatively, they out themselves as absolute uniparty
