If you are referring to the events of 2014, 46 pro-Russian protesters died. It happened in the Trade Unions House, not a church, after a fire broke out in the building to which the pro-Russians had fled. The clashes between the pro and anti Maidan protesters actually started when a pro-Russian gang attacked a pro-Maidan rally. Street clashes then escalated with attacks on from both sides. In the end, pro-Russians fled into the Trade Unions House. The two sides were throwing petrol bombs at each other. One of these started a fire in which 46 people died. This was not a planned pogrom against innocent Russians seeking shelter in a church which you are trying to portray. Again, Russian hyperbole to try to justify their invasion.
