I knew a guy that went from active service, retired and on Monday was getting paid by two different Contractors, one was largely symbolic.
The point is they couldn’t send him money fast enough.
He went out and bought a Boat that would stand out at any Marina.
Rinse and repeat. It’s so common.
And it’s happening in much lower ranks than Generals now. One only has to have that network inside.
