Yes, this at a bare minimum. That’s what the House bill was supposed to do, to set a bare minimum standard for needed cuts to the US debt and deficit don’t jump to even more outrageous levels. And to at least halt the bleeding from the massive costs of the millions of illegal aliens pouring into the US ever year, at least divert some of the welfare for illegals to actual border security.
