You really need to get out more often to war zones and depressed areas that have abandoned buildings. This HOAX hospital clearly was not in use and has had all of its windows (including frames) removed prior to this incident,
What agency enforces building codes in a war zone? I ask as you think there’s some sort of standards for what can be used as a clinic or hospital in a war zone.
