Perhaps my tinfoil hat is to tight. It appears to me that they are setting a scenario for a modified martial law to control the voting. Three years ago I would have thought my statement was that of a deranged man. Today I do not.
If one reads the RICO act (RACKETEER INFLUENCED CORRUPT ORGANIZATION) one will find it describes the democrat party in many cases of crimes.
