UN needs to be filled and them pushed into the east river for starters
While I wouldn’t be mad if that happened, I’d like to see it moved to somewhere in Africa. And not South Africa or someplace like Tunis, Cairo or Rabat or any of the other (few) modern cities on the continent.
Move that dump to Mogadishu or Kinshasa.
Let it fester in some diseases ridden hell hole that it helped create. Not in Manhattan with every single luxury one can imagine, regardless of what a dump NYC has become. No restaurants, no Starbucks, nothing.
