Wrong, the whole point of Russia's incursion was to protect Russian speaking civilians. Ukraine was executing them and shelling their homes. Now the Ukrainians are using civilians as human shilds as well as executing them for trying to leave. Trump never supported that, you do. All one has to do is look at your posting history and it is obvious.

You are deliberately or accidentally misleading and inaccurate.
Russia invaded Ukraine for the natural gas, crude oil the wheat and rare minerals, using the cover of ethnic groups as the excuse.
Russia only cares about capturing and keeping parts of Ukraine where the natural resources are particularly rich
