In my State a 15 year old can’t legally get a tattoo or their ears pierced without parental permission. But they can cross get an abortion or have their genitalia mutilated.
It’s insane.

A common theme is the fleeting euphoria that comes with each step but it doesn’t end in lasting happiness for so many because it’s not addressing the underlying psychological issues. They feel lied to, betrayed, victimized and now trapped in a mutilated body that they’ll never be able to escape because they didn’t really have gender dysphoria in the first place. In a civil society adults have a duty to protect the vulnerable from themselves whether that’s elderly who can’t care for themselves anymore, the mentally ill or children who lack the developmental capacity to comprehend what permanent change means.
The activists make it sound appealing, even fun, to go through a gender transition. It’s a horror show. They same degenerate mindset that gets people hooked on drugs is the same that created this trendy social contagion that in a generation or two no one will accept responsibility for. It’ll be “oops my bad” we don’t know. Some think they’re advocating the right thing but they’re misled.
There must be credible safeguards in place. The reality is people like Josef Mengele and his fellow Nazis walk among us. They’re just not dressed in fashionable, easily identifiable uniforms. Sometimes they’re in a lab coat, in the classroom, in costume for your child’s birthday party, across from you on a date, on your TV, in your office or living in the house next door.
This knowledge is what separates childhood from adulthood. You discover monsters are real and they look just like people.
There is no such thing as “transgender youth”. But there is a such a thing as children that have been groomed to be Godless sexual perverts. That is pure evil.
Just when you thought someone might do something about the border, crime, China, supply lines, the war du jour, BLM, fentanyl, Iran, etc., etc. They’re in a panic about not being allowed to chop your kids’ wieners off or trick them into asking for it? Seriesly?
“This other position” is what is called “reprobation”; it is spiritual psychopathy/sociopathy and the clinical description is found in Rom. 1:18-32 and II Tim. 3:1-5.
The only way to protect our children and ourselves is to avoid those who manifest this pathology.
I keep hearing from the left how sex change surgeries are almost never performed on minors. So why would it be controversial to ban them for under-18s if that’s the case? Rhetorical questions, I know.
It is not gender affirming care.
"Gender affirming care" is when the doctor takes a gander at what's between a newborn's legs and records his/her sex on the birth certificate.
Years ago a serial rapist wanted to be castrated to convince a judge he was rehabilitated. Every surgeon he contacted refused the surgery telling him it would be unethical to mutilate a physically healthy person. I’m not sure what’s changed.

They’re not panicking at all. They know there’s more than enough degenerate and milquetoast US citizens to sympathize with their cause. All that journalists, entertainers, and professors have to do is put it before the national conscience 24/7, 365-days a year. Eventually, the culture will change unless people forcibly stop it. Right now I’m not sure that the US collectively has the moral confidence to do so.
Many...perhaps even most...public school teachers today are either groomers or sympathetic to groomers.
Wrong.
Republicans did not set up the battle lines.
The left did when they started all this homosexuality stuff in the first place.
They have done more to hurt children that the rest of the country put together for its whole history.
